I'm a 22 year old male. Have bad stomach pain that comes and goes. Its localized in the lower right abdomen.

One doctor said it was probably appendicitis and sent me to emergency room. It turned out not to be. Went to another doctor and he said he felt a cyst on my stomach. He didnt indicate if it was on a particular organ. He thought maybe could be diverticulitis or crohns. He wants me to get some tests as soon as my insurance kicks in.(I guess to make sure its benign, and rule out any other serious problems) Any ideas what this could be?
