What are some top notch music schools?

I'm a serious french horn player who wants to pursue music profession as a career. I seek to get a doctoral degree in horn playing as well. And since I'm still in high school, now is the perfect time to start looking for a school. I know of Eastman and Julliard, the top 2 schools on my list, as well as some others like Curtis Institute of Music and University of Hartford, but what are some other good music schools I could look into? And also, I'm wondering if you could tell me a little about the school(s) you suggest?
