My Gpa for grade 12 first semester 78 and I wonder what are my chances to get into Canadian Universities?

It all depends on which programs you're applying to and what the admission criteria are for those programs. Also, if the programs require additional admission stuff like extra curricular activities, essays, portfolios, etc. those will have to be taken into account as well.
