In Nancy Drew Kapu Cave how do you get past the fr part?

I am at the part where she found Dr. kim in the jungle and she just told me I have to do her clipboard over again and i dont know how:( could someone plz tell me the numbers i need to write for the red,orange, purple, blue, green, yellow:)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
