Is my transmission messed up?

Yesterday I rolled down a small hill backwards in my 96 automatic Honda. I was in D4.. I thought it wouldn't be a problem... but I went backwards about 6-8feet and heard a weird sound from the gears/transmission. Now today I don't know if its just me (didn't sleep much last night), but my car seems to shift a bit rough... like more of a kick to it. Did I mess up my transmission? Thanks
