I Need A Little Help With Agility?

Well, I'm ready to start doing agility with my dog Greta. I just need some tips and advice for like how to teach her commands, like the recall and stay. I'll also need a little help with showing her to go over the jumps and such. She is very quick and listens well once she knows the command. Oh, and my dad said, that there will be No Cles. I'll have to show him that I'll stick with it, show responsibility, and then MAYBE shows. Any Help with this is nice :D
