I have lots of teeth sticking in and out can braces help them?

I have two on top and one on the bottom, another one sticking inward. The top are likelike vampire teeths w/ 4 teeth in between. the bottom is right under neath the top vampire teeths and third last teeth in the inside sticks inward. usually the gum is straight with teeths ontop. my tooth grew outwards/inwards and then straight up so it is stticking out. also my mouth is small so would the dentist need to pull out lots of teeth.
