Blanco will be able to play with Mexico VS. Honduras?

I was hearing earlier today that the Referee from last night, as some of us thought, made a mistake on giving the Yellow Card to Cuauhtemoc Blanco and not Guille Franco. On the form after the game, he put about the mistake, to give Blanco the Yellow, so it's Franco that can't play VS. Honduras, but Blanco can. Your thoughts?
