Could transl ultrasound be contaminated and tranfer sperms by mistake?

i was trying to get pregnant for 10 month then i went to an obstetrician for investigations , when i was at my maximum fertility period , he made a l ultrasound , and i didn't menstruate since then , i know i am pregnant , but what i am really worried abot is that could this l ultra sound transfer a foreign sperm inside me by mistake ? i didn't take notice of the precautions taken in the clinic .
