Do all black people attend churches that R anti-white & anti-American???

I know African Americans have been abused in America. But things have improved a lot for African Americans. The physical violence African Americans suffered so much of in the past is almost gone. There's still "some" discrimination, but there is significant on that front 2. After all, there R a lot of African Americans who have jobs, & some of those jobs R good jobs. I work in an office that has about 20 people & there are 7 or 8 Afro Americans working here. That's well more than 10%, and these jobs are good jobs. There R now more legal hispanics in America than blacks, but there R only 1 or 2 hispanics in my office. Blacks have kicked up more dust over discrimination nationally & the squeaky wheel gets the grease. At any rate, my point is that things have improved a lot 4 blacks, & If Rev Wright & his militant anti-white/anti-American chuch is an indication of black culture in general then isn't black discontent/anger out of proportion with the reality of their situation?
