I was tempory paralized while sleeping please help! Frightened?

was trying to sleep and could her my heart beat getting faster and faster usually when thiS happens I usaully see a flash of white light and and jump up involentarily well tonight I was heari my hearbeat again really strong then the next thing I knew I was COMPLETLY paralyzed I was scared shitless no mater what I tryed my body wouldn't respond AT ALL m heartbeat jus kept getting stronger and sounded like it was in my ears I eventually took a deep breath and waited a while and kept doing that until I cold move I woke my mom and told her and she just shrugged it off please I need help i'm only 15 btw and it wasn't sleep paralyzes i've had it before but this ait it I was awake
