What shoes match with a hot pink formal dress?

For my end of year formal I bought a hot pink/fuchsia formal dress, quite a bright colour actually, which is full-length and has hot pink shiny sequins around the bust area and the straps as well. However, I'm not quite sure what colour shoes will match. I thought maybe buying the same colour shoes as the dress but it might look a little too much. Otherwsise, I thought maybe silver would go nicely but then again will I look a little too sparkly? You know, silver shoes and hot pink sequens of the dress?? What do you think?
