How good r we trying to make delhi more clean place to live in.. ...........?

ol of us must have seen the sweeper burning the garbage/dry leaves/plastic poly bags..early in d morning .....thats an offence ..so pls raise ur voice in ur locality n stop this....can we try this for a our own betterment....any valid suggestion r welcomed...
