Noise as a public nuisance under Indian Penal Code?

Only public Nuisance is an offence under IPC ---Sec 268...noise can be nuisance under IPC but it has to affect a large number of people i.e it should cause public annoyance...Further it also depends on the kind of noise made...it shuld not be something in ordinary course or resonable .....
