Is there a way to make your teeth white without it tasting bad?

So I want my teeth to be really white before I start high school (in 3 weeks!) or just asap. I've tried homemade tooth whitener, but I could NOT stand the taste. I've hear things like crest whitestrips also taste really bad. I'm going to start using whitening toothpaste, but I dont know which of the many whitening toothpastes is the most effective. I'm also going to start brushing my teeth three times a day.
