A question for canadians and europeans?
Most people in Britain really appreciate the National Health Service.......it has its faults like any large organisation, but it is something we have had since 1945, and the positives outweigh the negatives. No political party would dare abandon it. Free healthcare for the people is something all nations should aspire to.
